Have you put your goal up yet?

Sadie's been putting in the time to get her skillz.

WHAT UP?!  I'm having my first "treat" in 33 days: a couple glasses of Las Rocas Garnachas and some Fresh Market veggie chips (they're fake healthy, deep fried and sugar dusted).  Let me tell you, as psychologically fun as it is to have a vice again, I'm a Paleo lady now, no going back, the change has stuck, feels better, works better, performs better, sleeps better, IS BETTER.

7 kb swing (53/35)
7 pushup

Rest 5 mins

AMRAP 8

8 sledge strikes (each hand)
Sprint down and back
